Banz Rainbow Beads Bracelet

Banz pieces are made of anti-tarnishing 316L stainless steel and plated with 18k gold. This means that they are hypoallergenic and gentle on your skin.

The gold plating on your Banz is 1 micron thick and should last a long time. However, weather conditions and lifestyle in the Caribbean is sometimes harsh on jewelry so we suggest wearing your Banz with care and avoid sea baths, excessive sweating, creams and chemicals that can damage it. Clean your Banz as often as needed with a polishing or soft cotton cloth and store it in an airtight Banz pouch rather than keeping it exposed to air.

NEW BANZ

Your Banz arrived and it is not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind. No worries, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. The piece you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Sorry, but items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

USED BANZ

All Banz pieces are covered by 30 days warranty! We will gladly exchange your Banz within a warranty period. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, chemicals and general wear and tear. Check our ‘Product Info and Care’ section for maintenance. 

If you've shopped Banz through one of our retail partners, please return the damaged item to the retailer.
